The draft Equity Impact Analysis submitted by Total School Solutions as the legal basis for closing Blair High School (6–12) and Marshall Fundamental (6–12). This is the document required under AB 1912 before any California school closure vote. It was unanimously rejected by PUSD's own School Community Advisory Committee.
